Worked inside the restaurant. Management is very poor currently. Ms. Yolanda and Mr. Paul residing at this present time. Miscommunication as far as training is concerned, very aggressive when communicating as if concerns don't matter if you unimportant to certain staff members, restaurant extremely filthy in lobby, very rude and disrespectful when training, also loves to lie about what's actually suppose to happen compared to what they really want to happen. Very unwelcoming, lies about labor and cut backs after the schedule is done, timing for labor totally inaccurately done or in other words labor should always be calculated while making new schedules, indecisive about having new staff members, smoking marijuana on the clock which results into a different or poorer working atmosphere like employees walking off of the clock, not on the same page when operating on the cook line for prep and food orders, training very poor like I don't have time to be patient and intelligent enough to make sure the new hires are well informed about the requirements of fulfilling the job. Purposely forgets about schedule request like if I say to management that I can't work on Sundays and it's verified via text message and then I look at the schedule and I have to work Sunday because she chose to not let me know that it isn't an option at the time beforehand, very uncaring about the condition of the restaurant currently as well as too uncaring about concerns or complaints as well from employees. Didn't allow staff members to know that I was new the 3 days of for training which made it was extremely difficult to even receive training from those in charge. A very unpromising faulty business advertisement of being need a new help while being so unprepared to have new help. Unacceptable. I couldn't continue to invest as of today. Very unapologetic about mistake that were made by themselves and not new staff. Bad business operators....
Read moreThe only reason I selected 2 stars is because the price and convenience (it's down the street from me)and it's not all the employees. In fact on this same trip I received a cupcake from one of the employees going to his car. HOWEVER the attitude from SOME of the employees are unreal and this comes after you've spent 10+ minutes in the drive thru. I always order thru the app. It's not my fault all app orders come up as door dash. The employee at the speaker told me to come in EVEN THOUGH I've NEVER stepped foot in the building and like stated earlier frequent here because of its location. But what I wasn't going to do is wait in a drive thru that I was trapped in only to come inside. So when I got to the window I politely told her I had an online order. She said you can come in to get it. I said is that something new because I have never come in and I order thru the app all the time. She ignores my question and grabs my bag and says you're lucky it happens to be ready. (I'm sorry I'm lucky!? After I waited in the drive thru for 15 minutes!? I know because the call I was on was 15 minutes and counting) I said can you answer my question because I always order thru the app and I have never come inside. She then closes the window refusing to open it although I didn't get my drink. I don't come in because 9/10 I have my kids in the car and don't want to go thru the hassle of taking them out. I wanted to give feedback on the guest obsessed site but since I have an online order I have nothing with the store # on it. But to that employee (female short dreads with bleached ends) if you're having a bad day step out and take a break or something but being rude to a frequently paying customer is NOT the answer ma'am! And I hope your day gets better from here. Take a break and sip on my cherry coke I didn't receive because you wouldn't come back to...
Read moreLast night myself and my sister came through this drive through to get food. We ordered chicken tenders without knowing that it’s cook to order the guy at the window asked me to park in the handicap. I only asked why because why would you ask me to illegally park in handicap? At the time I wasn’t knowing the chicken tenders had to be cooked fresh I would’ve just parked in a regular park. He literally responded I don’t have time for this SHT and walked away. The manager came and asked who asked for him we replied no one and he got very hostile and I asked sir what is the problem? We were not rude or anything just a bit confused he went on to say “if my employee tells you to park in handicap then you do just that, these chicken tenders takes 7/8 mins to cook and your not about to hold up my line while you wait, so go park in the handicap and get away from my window”. I asked him to be kind and tried explaining it’s illegal to have someone not handicap to park in handicap and explain that all they had to do was tell us the chicken was being cooked to order and go park in a regular parking spot. They handed us out food finally without the dipping sauce slammed the window and locked the front door and told every employee to not assist us when all we wanted was the ranch we paid for. I have contacted the TPD and file a complaint about them forcing people to illegally park in the handicap parking spot. I just wanted to share my HORRIBLE experience hopefully you guys find...
