I ordered my food through the mobile app, and expected it to be made by the time I got there, since it was a 15 minute drive, I then arrived and waited in the drive thru line for 15 minutes, and nothing was changing, so I then pull my car around which I was stuck between another car because of the small parking lot that was jammed, which took me another 5 or so minutes to just get myself parked once I decided to stop waiting in the drive thru line, I also had the worker there tap on my car window while I was still in line which is disrespectful to my car, while he clearly seen I was in the drive thru, just to ask me if it was his order, and he had the audacity to ask me who’s order it was, I digress once I got inside the building there was 16 people standing in this tiny building entry way so I had to hold the door open, definitely over occupied, with employees physically brushing against me on their way out which if I was an asshole I could charge them for assault for the amount of pressure, the older African American woman who was a manager kept demanding customers to do things in a demeaning way, not of a way of customer service acting like all of us customers were assholes, after waiting inside for 35 minutes I then get to tell her I’m there for my mobile order, but guess what it was never made so I had to wait an additional 15 minutes, while this manager kept making smart ass remarks, towards me and other customers, the worst fast food experience I ever had, they need new management, all the other staff seemed nice, while the manager was moving at like 2mph, although in charge of everything not properly delegating to ensure the smooth flow of operations, what a...
Read moreMinus 5 stars! I have given this location so many chances, and I’ve been patient, but not tonight. Keona working drive thru tonight (07-02-2020) just slammed the glass door in my face because I asked for pickles on the side and mayo packets, because SHE effed up my order at the menu. Regardless of what the the miscommunication was on this visit, totally uncalled for. I was NOT unreasonable, I simply chose between the two options that SHE gave me at the intercom, and my order was just effed up when reached the window. She didn’t give a shiz. Incorrectly miscommunicated, or incorrect presentation from Keona on the order is not a problem with me at all. But a slam of the glass door window to my face?.. no no no. I will post this in as many public places as possible. What KEONA did to me, is straight effin bullcrap in the hospitality industry. I hope this survey reaches management and learns her a faw keen lesson. And I will never go back to this “round the corner from my house” location, and will tell every soul I know, NOT to go there if it comes up. I’ll tell them every single bad experience I have had at this location, and make sure they totally understand, why NOT to go to this Popeyes on Lake Bradford Road in Tallahassee, for anything or any reason. The slam of the glass door to my face for no significant reason says it all. I understand how customer service works because we do the same thing at my job everyday, but what Keona did to me tonight is unacceptable. That is definitely not how it goes. I am passive about ALOT of shiz, every single day, but not tonight. Nope....
Read moreThe reason I go is cuz the food is great. The reason I frequently don't go is because of the service and the staff. I ordered 3 wing spicy. Was told it would be 9 minutes to cook and they have no wings. So, I get drumsticks. I order a chicken sandwich. Was told it would be 10 minutes for the sandwich. I say okay. I then order a 5-strip combo with honey mustard. We wait the ten or so minutes and someone comes out with the bag of food. We look in it and, NO Sandwich. We tell her. She gets grumpy and says it's not on the receipt, and walks away.?? She eventually returns and all but throws a sandwich in ther window without speaking send again walks away.
When we get home we have BBQ sauce instead of honey mustard and have the discussion about time list waiting for food, inability to get ther food we originally wanted, and the state of frustration left by the failure and attitude of the staff. We are left with the question... Is the...
