It’s extremely disappointing when you visit a place of business and they refuse to honor the price that they have displayed. In my experience today, there was a sign showing one price, which I based my purchase decision on. When I brought it to the register, a young lady came from behind the counter, saw the sign, admitted the price was incorrect, and simply removed it—without any attempt to honor it. Back at the register, she stated that the price “was already what it was in the computer” and couldn’t be changed.

To me, that’s unacceptable. As a customer, I relied on the clearly posted price. The lack of accountability and unwillingness to correct their mistake shows poor customer service. I won’t be doing business with this...

Happened to stop in here because I thought that I wanted to drink. Because my dog had escaped with my other dog and hadn't returned.Ends up I didnt feel like drinking but there was a large selection for anyone that would want to. The 2 girls working there were very friendly and Brittany even suggested an app ( she actually put it on my phone for me) to help find my missing dog. Sadly enough I did find out 6 days later that he was hit by a car the day he went missing. But I would still be wondering had it not been for Brittany's help. Eric and Cory at the university drive store are amazing. Friendly, knowledgeable, and always have a smile on their faces. They know you by name and know what you usually get after just a couple of visits. You can ask them any question about any type of liquor, beer, or wine and I guarantee they will know the answer.
