I've been there about six times and each time I've been, it's been a horrible experience when the owner was there. When the ladies are there, it's a great experience. The owner acts like I'm about to steal something or when I ask a question, I'm a bother to him. If it wasn't that I have a gift card to that place, I wouldn't visit there! Clearly if you're you're not white you're not right to be in this place. Very sad especially since I've bought and been there to buy more but I won't when he's there. I tried to have a conversation with him and tell him my feedback on my experience when he's there. All he did was be rude to me, cut me off, and act like I'm nothing of a customer. We live right down the road from Cleanse Apothecary and absolutely love the store! Walk in and you will be greeted with the most amazing smells. Top grade skin essentials, cruelty free and also carries locally made products. This store does not disappoint! Greg is very kind and available for any questions. I read a previous post complaining of the store being closed. Please keep in mind that Greg is a small business owner & operates this store primarily on his own.
