WARNING: This is a good company UNTIL you need to cancel your contract with them. BEWARE of this company. They slide auto renewal into the contract even if you state, which we did, that you do not want auto renewal. Our "auto renewal" that we were not aware of renewed on November 6th. We canceled our contract at the end of November and they are trying to charge us $2191.00 for cancellation. We have canceled other units in the past from time to time with no fees and nothing about "auto renewal". There is another comment in these reviews that also states the same thing happened to him. All of the good reviews are from companies that haven't tried to cancel yet. I would highly recommend if you are searching for GPS systems that you search elsewhere that has upstanding...

On 06/24/2016 Truck and Trailer 5 was stolen from the Mid America Pool property. Not only did I use your service to find the stolen vehicle but through use of the trip history tool I was able to give the police the location of where the thief spent the longest time. Because of this tool the company recovered 90% of the stolen equipment and supplies. Additionally the theft was discovered at 6:00 AM and thanks to Fleetistics the truck was recovered by 9:30 AM the same day!
