I REALLY want to like this place. I live nearby, and have come here many times. I’m let down every time I visit. I don’t know why I even come to this nail salon anymore. The employees are SO nice but their work is lackluster. I use to get dip, but it would lift from my nail within a week. I was also curious why getting dip doesn’t come with lotion or a hand massage… the employee told me that only comes with gel manicure. Okay, so this time I got gel. They charged me $5 for the dip removal, left dip residue all over my hands and nails, and didn’t give me a full manicure. Mind you, I had red dip, so since it wasn’t fully removed, I can see it through the gel polish! The woman also let gel polish cure under the UV lamp on my skin. They didn’t trim my cuticles or do anything other than trim & file my nails. I asked if at least a hand massage comes with the manicure, and the woman did a very quick one. Oh yeah and to top it off, she did the wrong color on my nails… the color I asked for was a milky pink, so kind of similar I guess, but not what I asked for. Attached are photos I took right after I left the nail salon… gel cured to my skin, red dip leftovers on my nail and skin, and uneven application. Can’t believe I paid $40 for this. But I’m sure I’ll go back because it’s a convenient location.

UPDATE: The gel polish I got that prompted this review started chipping off the next day. 3 of my nails broke within a week also. Changing my review to 1...

I called to come in for an overlay fill & one nail repair and was told there was no wait. When I arrived I was told they could provide a fill however once they took the top polish off the guy tried to tell me they actually needed to do a new set bc there was lifting. I asked where bc I hadn't seen or felt any lifting and his reply was that they were lifting all around & ready to pop off. I told them I'd just go if they couldn't provide what I asked for and what they agreed to. So now the price of a removal increased. 🧐 He then changed his approach and said they could do the fill. If the lifting is so bad why would you put new acrylic on top of that?? I looked at him crazy when he took out nail clippers and reminded him that I preserve my natural nails which is why I get the overlay. He said not a problem and then proceeds to try and force an acrylic tip between my nail and the overlay. I thought there was so much lifting... why are you struggling so much?? He then takes the clippers and tries to wedge those between the top of my nail & the overlay and broke my nail. I was clearly pissed since I just asked him not to do this and now he wants to suggest soaking them off. Why didn't you do that in the first fcking place?? The location and cleanliness seem fine but the fact that they don't listen, change prices and damaged my nails after I CLEARLY communicated my needs is terrible customer service. Would not...

Just got my nails done yesterday. Incredibly horrible and frustrating experience. The lady that did my nails was the most rude person I’ve ever met. Whenever I told her I wanted a certain color, shape etc for my nails - she snickered, laughed, and made fun of my preference. She bullied me into getting gel, telling me its cheap to not get gel and people will notice (I don’t like getting gel bc I’m my skin is sensitive to the UV). She asked me what I do for work - when I said I work remotely she scoffed and said - oh I thought you were a healthcare worker or something bc your hands are so crusty and dry. She kept acting like I was inconveniencing her just by existing. When I asked for my nails to be shorter she kept disapproving of my choice. When I said I wanted a square shape (not almond) - she said ā€œeveryone else likes the almond shape, not sure why you don’tā€. Not sure what I did to her, all I did was go there to get my nails done and she was rude to me for the entirety of the 2 hours. At one point she even made a comment about me to her coworker and they laughed at me together. I felt bullied and extremely uncomfortable. This is worst service I have ever gotten and on top of that it was overpriced. I used to go here and it was good, but because of this woman, they have just lost a customer. Go here if you want to be insulted...

Nice, clean salon with a lot of color options. I came in for a full set and pedicure before vacation and I was very happy with my nails until I saw the price. They charged around ~$75 for a full set with a simple design. The website says $50 for a full set with gel and $10+ for designs. When they rang me up, they added on $5 for the length (which was medium/short, if anything shorter than average) and $5 for the shape, which was just almond shaped, and $15 for the design. I have gotten full sets many times before and have never been charged for length/shape which was confusing to me, and either way I didn’t think the set was worth $75, but they were done well so I did not complain. It wasn’t until after I left that I noticed the quality, which made the price even worse. They were not perfectly shaped and had some inconsistencies, which would not have bothered me if I did not pay for the shape. They also began lifting after around 2-3 days. It has been less than a week and more than half of my nails are lifting so badly I can’t even run my fingers through my hair without them getting stuck. There is also a lot of visible bubbles in the gel as well as some small hair fibers/debris. Overall, they do designs well and pay attention to detail, but it is very much not worth the price and I probably won’t be returning.

Do NOT go here. I went to get a gel manicure and a regular signature pedicure. I called ahead and made an appointment. The pedicure was nothing special but the polish was thick and looked like glue. They suggested the polish that has issues. I always prefer OPI but they didn’t want to do 3 coats. Well the polish they suggested looked like cottage cheese. They then repainted my toenails with the OPI and it was smooth. Then the nail tech I had tapered my pinky nail too far in and now I am in extreme pain. I immediately had them stop and they blamed ME for her horrible filing. They then said they couldn’t continue due to the risk of infection. I left with my nails unfinished. On top of that I already tipped them and then they had my partner tip them and didn’t mention I already paid the tip. Stay far away from this nail salon.
