Jackson's Market — Local services in Tampa

I thought they just opened because it was kinda junkie. This place isn't a market. The have a signup for food. However they don't sell anything that you would find at a market I've ever gone to before. Its a conveniently located corner store. I have night blindness and it was getting late. I wanted to purchase something that only took a minute. Knowone else was in the store. I had my service dog with me. I told the owner he was. He said " No dogs allowed " Sorry baby"! I have a Labrador Retriever and he didn't have his vest on. I have taken to doctors appointments, emergency room, hospitals the mall, airplanes, movies etc. Everywhere. I didnt get a chance to show his federal identification. By law you can't refuse service. They can only ask 2 questions. My service dog didn't posed a threat to anyone. He wasn't acting aggressive or barking etc. If the owner was scared of dogs or had allergies. I would completely understand. He's been at all the other corner stores and supermarkets. My service dog isnt a pitbull like most of the dogs I see.The cashier was smiling and thought this was funny. ADA isn't funny!We went to another store and the manager of the store gave him ice. I don't like to accuse anyone of false doing. Nor do I give bad reviews. Within the last month or so. They haven't been giving me correct change. I kept counting my change. Maybe thinking my math is wrong.I know how to count. I said something one day and the cashier got mad at me.This situation was the last straw. They have, homeless people, and druggies hanging around the outside. I get my things delivered to my house anyway. Grateful there are other merchants if I need something quick....
