I believe the prices are fair and, as far as customer service is concerned, I do not think the technicians are as rude as the other reviews below me have made them out to be. A large part of the reason the Vietnamese technicians may come off as rude is because of the language barrier: many of them do not speak fluent English, and so when they do speak it comes off as blunt or tactless.    Read moreI really wanted to like this place, sadly, I cannot give this place a good rating. The nail tech took over 2 hours to do a simple ombrĂ© full set. The tips that were applied to my nails were way too big and applied so poorly. Some of the nails were glued onto my skin. There were so many red flags from the jump, that I shouldâve caught. On the third day of having these nails on, they started to lift. I do not recommend this place. :(
UPDATE: after a week 2 nails popped off and one of my fingers is infected. Part of my finger got cut too because as I had previously mentioned the nail tech glued some of the nail...
