They were rude and very of lousy 😕 She got it on my cuticles too and didn't let me choose the length or shape of my acrylics, she told me to get them short even though I wanted longer ones.my friend forgot her phone because she did her nails and so the lady yelled at us and asked what was wrong with us😡Very horrible service, I'm going to nail country from now on I'm never coming back.go there at your own risk of getting crappy service and not what you asked or imagined you'll get, not In a good way. So many regrets...we went in knowing they'd do bad but we didn't think they'd screw everything up and then yell at us about it. They told me to tell my mom I need more...

The reviews that have been given thus far do not do this place justice. I have been coming here for years, and every time I have a memorable experience. I believe the prices are fair and, as far as customer service is concerned, I do not think the technicians are as rude as the other reviews below me have made them out to be. A large part of the reason the Vietnamese technicians may come off as rude is because of the language barrier: many of them do not speak fluent English, and so when they do speak it comes off as blunt or tactless. I really wanted to like this place, sadly, I cannot give this place a good rating. The nail tech took over 2 hours to do a simple ombré full set. The tips that were applied to my nails were way too big and applied so poorly. Some of the nails were glued onto my skin. There were so many red flags from the jump, that I should’ve caught. On the third day of having these nails on, they started to lift. I do not recommend this place. :(

UPDATE: after a week 2 nails popped off and one of my fingers is infected. Part of my finger got cut too because as I had previously mentioned the nail tech glued some of the nail...
