It’s 7:05 pm. I have ordered online for two subs with some instructions to place half chipotle and half sweet onion in both the subs. . When I went to store he has put sweet onion and chipotle on first sandwich and was ready to make second. I did remind him politely that there were instructions on the order. He became angry and cancelled my order. I asked him to refund my money. He said that I did not pay money to him and I should call customer service to get that refund.
I asked him to call his manager and see if he can help me out and get those subs or refund the money. While he was talking to manager on phone, he said that he would not want me to connect his manager.
I have not experienced this behavior from food chain or any retail store in my entire life.
His name is Maurice. I would recommend anyone to be very careful before placing an order to this Walmart.
This person was extremely hostile, belligerent and I felt at one time that he could physical assault me if I ask for refund procedure again.

She is Yelling "What do you want" Does she not realize that I am 1 foot away from her she is yelling like I am down the block. I told her I did not want sauce on any of my subs and she yells your telling me you don't want sauce.. are you sure... She was nasty to the Indian guy because he had limited English and she was annoyed it took him a few minutes to tell her what he wanted. Then when the Indian guy said the sub was made the wrong way she said good "I will give it to my daughter" She started throwing things, and screaming she lost her composure because she flipped out because it took the Indian guy longer to tell her what she wanted. Go to the other Subway down the street next to Wendy's there they greet you with a smile and they don't take 10 minutes to make your Sub.
