My wife and I adopted 2 cats from Harvest Hills in October. We were apprehensive about leaving our 2 cats with just anyone, especially so soon (4months later) after introducing them to our home. After researching what care was available for cats within a 10 mile radius of our home , 2Paws looked like the best bet. After speaking to Kim on the phone I was 95% sure this was a good choice for our cats. Sure enough, 2 Paws was 100%+ what we needed. Fantastic housing for both cats in 1 cat-condo with a bright south facing window. (They could stay together comfortably). The entire facility (inside & outside) was clean and neat. Kim was very patient with our very anxious kitties, even though one of our cats became "godzilla" when we tried to transfer her from the carrier to the condo. Thank goodness for protective gear!😾😼 Plus one cat had vomited in her carrier on the way over, and Kim said she would clean it up and assured my wife the "girls" would be fine once they settled down. Read moreA person became very sick, and I had to cancel once I came home from dropping granddaughter off at school. The lady was kind of upset because we didn't cancel soon enough. I understand you have a business, but you didn't have to say that. Personally, I would have said thank you for letting me know and hope she feels better (after all, they weren't my dogs, and the person was too sick to lift her head. Then we finally got the one dog in. I gave her the paperwork on the dog shots. Well, come to find out the person that was sick grabbed the wrong paperwork. And the lady said to me, "Not happy with this paper she's not updated on shots," but you took the dog anyway.
