White Lake Speedway — Attraction in Tamworth

We can't wait to go back!

We were visiting North Conway and wanted to do some Go-Karting. But little did we know that we would find so much more! From the moment we arrived at White Lake Speedway, the owner, Bob, greeted us with a big smile. It was clear that we were in for a great day of fun and adventure.

Bob shared with us that he had slowly built everything from scratch over the past few years. From the Mini Golf Course, to the AI-Lazer Tag Area, to Orb-Zone, it was no-stop fun! Bob's passion for creating a place where families and friends could come together and have a great time was evident in every detail of the park.

We had such a fun time zooming around the track in our go-karts, feeling the wind in our hair and the adrenaline rush of the race. The track was well-maintained, and safety was a top priority for Bob and his team. We were about to leave and all decided to purchase one more ticket to go for another zoom around the track.

From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, we were treated to top-notch hospitality and endless fun. We left with smiles on our faces and memories that will last a lifetime. Overpriced, greens were in sorry state, rips, moss growing, tree branches in walkway, a little spring clean up would've gone a long way but even then...you realize the money is spent indoors (made clear when owner started talking about how much equipment costs, which honestly is inappropriate) little to no upkeep or general maintenance. There's little to no signage as to where to go and start, half the flags marking the puts were faded ripped and or torn. The music that was BLARING on the speakers was inappropriate for a family place, super annoying (we don't have a cell so we can pick the music and I only read about that being a feature here, certainly not disclosed to customers.) More than half the water features weren't operational and dirty standing water and trash.They could've discounted the rate for early season if they werent ready for open if thats what it was. Close to 50$ less than an hour...and it felt like being in a place that wasn't supposed to open yet, just run down feeling outside. The putswere no more or less challenging than other places IMHO. Im Shocked this place gets a 4.3 on Google, i was expecting 3 or under. Definitely...

We took a drive up to White Lake Speedway in Tamworth today. We were glad to see they were open prior to the traditional Memorial Day Weekend. We had a blast! Outside we played mini golf and rode the go karts. The mini golf had some fun holes, and a great waterfall. The go cart track is windy and fast. The carts are comfortable and very stable. We then went inside for some laser tag. The laser tag was phenomenal! They have this AI component that plays with and against you. The vests were not very heavy and the lasers had really neat features; I especially liked the shield feature that protects you for 10 seconds. We went on to bowl for a bit, which had automatic scoring. There is also a gaming center, a pool table, air hockey, and some other arcade games. We chatted with Bob, the owner, and they are implementing a new Orb-Zone within the next week or so. It sounds exciting! They have many different options to play and pay. The parking is free and the employees were very helpful. It's a great place for...
