DG Market — Local services in Tarrant

This is the worst most ghetto store I've ever been to. From me and my sister and law being followed around by one employee and sexually harassed multiple times. Also I won't stop until they do something about their employee Mrs. Quinn, where do I start with this one. She has made remarks to me and in front of me multiple times about other customers in front of people, cursing and making fun of them which is so unprofessional. My mom has copd and is on oxygen she carried her oxygen tank (portable) and inhaler and meds in a backpack purse along with her wallet. Quinn being the racist she was profiled my mother and told her she could not bring her purse in it was too large, even after we explained to her the purpose. She then started cursing as I was checking out and saying my mother looked "fuced up on something" and that she didn't care if she was on the clock she would follow her outside and beat her a*" she said this Infront of the boy/girl employee and Infront of me and another customer behind me. Me and my mom went back to the store another day and despite Quinn giving us ugly looks we got our groceries paid and left. We went back a few days later and the short sawed off manager with the beard informs us we need to leave because of making comments to his employee Quinn a few days back. My mother left the store and I asked him for a number to call over his head to talk to someone about my experience with Quinn, that made him furious but he said okay be right back and went and called the cops. The cops said for us not to return and we agreed. All because I asked for a number to call someone over his head because this whole situation is ridiculous. She is unprofessional, always smells of weed and can't act right even Infront of paying customers. Something needs to be done about her and the management of this place. I have called corporate and am awaiting...

All I have to say is VERY bad service cursing alot of playing. The girl/boy (DIKE) night supervisor smokes weed outside of the store has no customer service skills with a very bad attitude. I shop in this store at least 4 days out the week spending a minimum of $ 50) easily a day. I have never felt so disrespected in my life the way they the employees treat me as a loyal valued customer. I'm sure if the district manager knew what was going on inside this store he or she would replace everyone that works at night. I actually was able to video record the cashier on her phone while I was waiting on her to go get the supervisor because she claimed she could not do a coupon on my phone. Meanwhile the supervisor was outside smoking weed but I got it on tape and I am pressing for both of them be terminated whatever I have to do whatever it takes both of them will be looking for a...

I have never experience such rude incompetent employees in my life! You ask a question and you would think I spit in their face or something the way they look at you. I know it's not in the best of neighborhoods but I try not to judge a book by it's cover BUT this location Tarrant 35217 across from Krystals is the worst of them all. I'm not the type of customer to complain except if it's really necessary and I would say it's very necessary to let other people know to go spend their hard earned money somewhere else like maybe Family Dollar which there's two in Tarrant. Complaining to management is a waste of time because they seem to not care at all........
