Krystal — Restaurant in Tarrant

Krystals on PINSON VALLEY PARKWAY BIRMINGHAM, AL Gave me the WORST service I have EVER had in my life. When we get there we try to walk in and the girl sitting at the table was on her phone and pointed to the drive thru. Mind you we pulled in at 11:44 CST. The sign on the door says clearly that dine in closed at 1 am. When we went to the drive thru they tell us we can only do 2 orders. Which, as a former cashier at McDonalds, I know that's true. But we asked "Why wont you let us in there, the sign says you're open?" The lady with the pink but on top of her head said, "Because we close at 11, you have to get here before 11 if you want to come inside" with an attitude from HELL. We proceeded to bring to her attention that the sign outside says the dining room is open until one. Her response, "Well I guess you'll have to call corporate then, huh?" We told her we would be calling corporate tomorrow morning which I definitely plan to do. As I stepped out to take a picture of the sign for proof, the man that was standing at the counter(I did not get a picture) threw his hands up at me and said "what are you gonna do?" I walked back to the truck and the girl with the pink bun was laughing and pointing at us so I decided to get a picture of her throwing her hands up after she did that. Every one of you that worked tonight, were THE MOST disrespectful human beings I have EVER met in my life. If you're looking for a hot meal here, either you will get lucky or you will heat it up (at home) in the microwave. If you're looking for good natured / fast service...don't come here.

When i go to a place i always use "Thank You" , "Ma'am", and "Sir" and i can tell (by the voice response) what kind of service i'm going to get. When you work a job (just for the paycheck) the customers suffer for it and the food reflects the lack of respect for the job.

Anyone can tell heat-lamps are in frequent use at this place as the sides of the buns are a bit too "crisp" to miss. The cheese is never properly melted, and the fries are always less than what you hope for.

White Castle doesn't need a movie to upstage Krystal's service and food (or lack of) quality here. One could say the staff is a reflection of the area it's in but i can go down the street (to Taco Bell) and get better atmosphere, better food, and at a faster speed.

Oh, and the wifi is just...

We pulled up approximately 4:15/4:20 and were immediately asked to hold on(rude). Then after waiting for about 3 minutes was asked to order. We waited in line with 2 cars ahead of us, the car at the window was sitting there at least 10 minutes. The next car in front of us pulled up and was immediately handed their order. When we pulled up, we paid and were asked to pull forward to wait for our order(only 10 regular krystal burgers) and after sitting for almost 5 minutes was asked to move forward some more so the car behind us could pull forward to wait. We finally received our order at 4:48PM with an apology and a turnover in the bag for the wait....I had to rush to be at work by 5PM and was still late! I also had to rush and eat what I could before clocking in. VERY FRUSTRATED! I really wanted a refund but was afraid to ask because I didn't want to have to wait forever and a day for that!
