Yes got a new phone number was already sold on dark web .. hasn't quit ringing with sales calls and spam ...continually ..they sold me insurance said I'd anything happens I'll get a new phone ..I had it 4 months someone stole it I think idk used insurance ..it has a 50 dollar deductible I was not told about them they charged me 25 dollars to activate it after waiting a week for it in mail and it only cost 75 dollars ..real rip off artist ...and the spam and sales calls are ridiculous ..new phone new number already on dark web ..wonder if they selling them to the dark web or what real...

Terrible service! My 74 year old father bought a phone and it didn’t work. They couldn’t fix it so he asked for a refund(I paid for the phone). The girl said they couldn’t refund at the store, call customer service. Called customer service and they said it could be refunded. Went back, and the same girl just admitted she didn’t know how. Lying to a 74 yo man. We now have to go a third time in the morning bc the supervisor wasn’t available. Who sells a broke cell phone then and doesn’t try to fix the situation? Terrible service. Never go to this store, the attitude...

I just wanna share this loophole I found with metro that could help people that lose or damage their phone before the 6 month upgrade period. You can actually go in and get a free phone on a second line and change the numbers, then cancel your old line the following day. Just like that!! Customer service is awesome!! It beats have to pay the 100+ for a new phone. Of course it only applies to the phones on...
