Since it won’t let me publicly respond to David Walker’s review, I’d like to submit my own to elaborate on the experience.
Unfortunately we were unaware that our system was not booking the couples massages correctly. It was only registering as one person was booking, and was not requiring a second therapist to be available. So when they came in, it only showed one person booked a couples apt and another therapist was not available. I explained to them the issue with our system, and yes I mentioned sometimes it is best to call. But I did not say it in a nasty way. I could tell at this point they were very annoyed that they both weren’t booked.
I then asked them to please hold on for one second, while I run back and talk with another therapist to see how we could still accommodate them. We were not arguing in the back, we have nothing to argue about. I was explaining our system to my co worker and was asking her how we could fix this issue for our customers so they could both be seen. I did not just walk out of the room leaving them with no information. I explained I was going to step away. They didn’t even acknowledge me when I explained I was going to try and make this work. So I stepped away.
When I came back just minutes later, they were gone. They couldn’t even wait 2-3 minutes for me to come back and explain what we were trying to work out.
I understand that it’s frustrating that our system had messed up, trust me it’s frustrating for us too. But in no way was I rude. We take our customer service very seriously and I am a very polite person. The untruthful review is very hurtful, when you were actually mad at something that was completely out...
Read moreSure. I had an appointment scheduled for last Saturday. I am sure it was made for 1:45 at the time I checked out from a previous appointment. When I arrived, the person at the desk had a hard time locating me on the computer then said my appointment was for 11:15 that morning and that the person I was booked with had someone in the spot I came in for. Okay. I am sure I was told 1:45. But okay. We reschedule the visit for this Saturday. While nothing was said to me during the discussion about the charge at that time, I arrived home to hear from Bruce Simpson that you charged him for a missed appointment. He of course never authorized the charge but you had it in the system because he did buy me a gift certificate LAST year. I am not on his cc or account so that charge is fraudulent. I called about this following the weekend asking you to reverse the charge as I obviously did not blow off an appointment since I showed up for the time I was told. This is very upsetting for both of us and should have been discussed when I arrived. He is disputing the charge with the bank so you can handle it now or later. I am also cancelling my appointment for Saturday with Cherish as I am disgusted with the whole thing. You seriously would have made a lot more money with me as I have a lot of face to work on but that is fine. As you know there are plenty of service providers here for me and you apparently have enough clients that you can manage this way. I hope I have answered...
Read moreWell. I haven't had the chance to have an experience yet. But I'm sure the massages are amazing. But the customer service is terrible. I had received a gift card for Christmas and I had never been so excited to get a massage. I have chronic migraines and endometriosis on top of rheumatoid arthritis. I work 40 hours in 4 days as a bartender. And I'm a mother of 2 kids. So I call on a Friday around 2 p.m and make and apt. I was told they were fully booked and would have to reschedule so I said "ok. No problem." She then says oh we have an overflow room be here at 10 your apt is at 10:30. I'm excited and I give her my name and number and she says thank you and we hang up. I set my alarm for the next day and unfortunately I over sleep. I call at 10:20 frantic saying I can be there in 10 minutes and I was told no sorry she's gone and it's a $25 penalty. I was never told this on the phone and then was hung up .I didn't even have 24 to cancel because I made the apt less then 24 hours prior. I just felt like my money didn't matter to her. I felt like if she was so busy she should of stuck with her original answer of we need to reschedule we are full. Again I understand there are rules and it was my fault.
