Folks, let the buyer beware!!! MetroPCS overall has the worst customer service of any wireless phone company. Their excuse? That since they have lower monthly fees they don't have to offer any customer service in general. So, what happens is these sattelite stores are making policy as they go along. There is nothing the consumer can do to protect itself. MetroPCS is based out of Dallas Texas and they do not care what these greedy self serving stores are doing as long as they turn a profit. I walked in and saw the woman behind the counter and the customer she was attending to not wearing a mask, not even distancing. the employee indicated she was the manager. If the company policy is states on the door that staff and customers must wear one for everyones safety why wasn't she following corporate rules! So the guy didn't ask me what plan I wanted, auto charged me for the highest plan, plus protection and call screening (all extra $ a month). I didn't even know this till the bill came.
