Justin, you’ve really worked hard to make improvements since you’ve been there & you & your new team have definitely mad a huge noticeable improvement!! We live close by & have always enjoyed Sonic for drinks, snacks or meals. Have to admit that we had quit going after several disappointing visits in a row, PRIOR to your arrival. Not really sure what was going on because it was always a great place to stop for a quick beverage or snack, etc. The last 6 months or a little longer, prior to you and your new staff taking over, things became somewhat lax & almost like the people working there just simply lost interest or weren’t really motivated about there jobs any longer. It was really sad & was worried we would lose another cool place. So, after reading some reviews on word of mouth pages about a new manager & whole new crew, we decided to give things a try again. We have been very pleased with the quality of service & food/drinks we have purchased so far. My absolute favorite drink is the strawberry limeade & LOVE that you all are taking the time to actually squeeze the limes into the cup & not just dropping them in there. Sooooo much better that way! My other favorite, especially during warmer months are the lime slushes, but I love it with just simple squeezed limes....WITHOUT the green lime syrup. Sooooo refreshing!!!! We have a great experience each time we’ve been back, even once when our order got a little mixed up recently (it was extremely busy & also during Happy Hours) your staff were on top of it & everything was corrected with no issues! DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO NOT GET YOUR FOOD AND BE TREATED RUDELY. “Annika” was not listening to our order and added my side of fries and drink to my husband’s hamburger, when he ordered his own with his meal. He even asked her to add fries and a drink to his meal, which she replied with “ I did”. Then when I went up to the door to let them know they never put that order in for my side of fries and drink (seperate from the hamburger, it was its own individual items) they were rude and not accomidating. They made a TWO separate orders, one for the medium fries and one for the soda??? with seperate tax for both, when she could’ve just put it on my original order in the first place. And I know she heard me, because intially she said “are you ready to order because it doesn’t sound like it.” And I said “sorry did you not hear me?” And she said “yeah I cant hear from the passenger seat” so I moved much closer to the mic and told her and she put it in on the screen. Literally ridiculous. As someone whos worked in food service for over 6 years now, I would never have someone like that on my team. She does not seem to care at all. Will not be back. And we love sonic, been plenty of times. Another awful experience with this location! We made a stop at this Sonic location after picking the kids up from school for our daily drink run. We decided to grab some hot dogs and a corn dog for an after school snack for the kids. When we arrived home the corn dog was burnt so bad that it wasn't even edible!! Look at the attached pictures and see for yourself.. We called the store to speak with the manager and the girl that answered the phone was extremely rude and argued with us about speaking being able to speak to the manager. After a 3-4 minute argument the manager finally got on the phone and stated that if we come back tomorrow after 5 they will give us a free corn dog.... So after giving us awful service and an item that you were not even able to eat the way of "making it right" is to give us another corn dog?!?!? So we are able to get the same item that we are rightfully owed anyway because of the very poor quality of the first one if we drive back up there after 5 the next day!!! What a horrible way to address a customer concern.... Guess it's time to pick a new after school drink spot!! I don't recommend anyone visit this Sonic location unless you can deal with unbelievably poor customer service and extremely poor...
