Lakeside Bait and Tackle — Local services in Tavares

I don't recommend any products from this establishment. Me and my husband have been buying all of our fishing bait, and necessities here for the last year up until now. My husband bought a pretty nice fishing pole from them about 2 weeks ago and was informed he could exchange or refund if there was any issues/problems. As, we're about to go out for a family fishing day, he noticed the reel would not turn/spin, and they are now refusing to refund or exchange even though it is within 30 days, and he has a receipt. All he was handed was a business card with a website for the company of the fishing pole and told to contact them directly. We will gladly take our business else where and I suggest the rest of the community do the same. Waste of money and will ruin your fishing trip trusting...

Omg!!! From the phone to the spot!! Hands down the best customer service ever. From the time we entered to the time we left it was a wonderful experience. They were very informative, clean, nice boat you name it. It was my first time ever driving a boat. The owner talk me through it, he made me feel comfortable and confident. I drove like a champ. He made the experience nothing short of anything. He made us feel like we were family. This is definitely a place that I will return to!!!...

Purchased not one but two abu Garcia fishing poles , first one broke I ate that one bought a new one . Second one broke within two weeks still have recipe . They refuse to refund my money . Will never come here again an will go out of my way to make sure people don't come here . It was within 30 days an had a recipe there is no reason I should not have walked out with at the very least a pole to replace the broken one with a Warranty!!! Bad...
