While they have two USA based manufaturing plants, they used a manufacturer in Pakistan to complete the one and only order I'll ever do with this company. As a result everything went sideways. First, the overseas art department sent awful proofing photos, their communication was delayed by time zone and they insisted the proofs were correct when the photos demonstrated otherwise. This delayed production. Second, the patches did not arrive in time for the promised deadline and were not available the day of the event. The overseas shipping, manufacturer mistakes, poor communication and manufacturing location made it impossible for the patches to arrive on time. I was never told the patches were being made outside the country until they shipped and the tracking showed the point of origin. Third, the patches were so bad it was embarrassing to offer them at all, even if they had arrived on time. They tried to rush the shipping, but they still arrived the day after the event deadline. And finally, in all the years I've worked with a company, these patches were the worst from a quality control standpoint. Patch issues included fabric puckering (on almost every patch), drastic differences in the hot cut, so that lettering and edges were shifted all over the place. No two patches looked alike from this standpoint and some of the embroidered edges didn't catch the fabric at all, so the frayed edges of material are open at the sides. There was also machine grease on some product and bits of dirt and fabric pieces in the iron-on backing. I sent in photo examples of the worst patches on September 24th and October 15th and nothing was done. No compensation or apology. Nothing at all. Avoid...
