Do not use this company!!! I contacted Wojahn Carpet & Furniture to replace all of the carpeting and flooring in our house in Oscoda, MI. This was a $7K job. We had a tight schedule as we were trying to sell the home, and the problems started with an unexpected delay to the start of the work after down-payment was made. After the work was completed - many quality defects were highlighted back to the business owner. After a week or so - a feeble attempt to correct the issues was made - but again the work was sub-standard and incomplete. I have filed a BBB complaint as well. This isn’t the first time we’ve been disappointed, but most recently I called several times to set up a service call. After Talking with Penny and Keith I scheduled an appointment for 10:00 on Thursday morning. 4-15-2021 I waited over an hour for the technician arrive. He was a no show. I called and was told by the person on the phone that the person who was supposed to show up was “putting out fires” all morning. I stated a call would have been nice. I advised; my wife and I are planning to build and considered having Wajhans do the flooring in the whole house. Obviously we will seek out Seymour’s In the interest of keeping business in town. I rarely write reviews, but I believe in give credit where credit is due. We worked with Kevin and Keith on getting both carpet and bathroom floors for our house. They were nothing short of professional, sincere, and accommodating throughout the entire process. The installation crew was very professional as well. They kept communicating with us as the project moved along. Lastly, after everything was said and done, we got a refund because certain adjustments in the project weren't necessary. That's integrity, and that alone speaks volumes about this business. We can't be more pleased for choosing their services and would highly recommend...
