Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in Taylorsville

I usually go to the Draper location because I used to live out there. But I recently moved and now this location is the closer one to me. After I had a subpar drink I decided to come back 2 other times because I thought, Maybe it was just coincidence or chance that I got a less than ideal drink.

Nope, all 3 times were exactly the same. When I order a FROZEN drink you would think it would be, blended, frothy, with a frozen texture to it. But no, all it was just a cold liquid which didn’t even stay cold for very long. I’m not one to get upset like this or leave bad reviews because I see it as a waste of time. But when these drinks cost around $10, it’s VERY expensive for a frozen coffee, and if I’m going to spend that much money AND tip like I always do, I expect a drink to be made the way it supposed to be made.

Every time I go to the Draper location the drinks are ALWAYS consistent, The frozen drinks are actually Frozen and stay that way for a good while and even longer if I transfer it into my thermos.

The customer service wasn’t terrible here at this location, although unlike the Draper location they clearly don’t care about the customers as much as the Draper location does because they don’t ask “how’s your morning/afternoon, what are your plans today, etc.” I’m not always one for small talk but it’s a sign of good management and well run business when the employees interact with customers on a personal level.

Needless to say, I won’t be coming back to this location. I came back multiple times on various days hoping for things to be different and they weren’t. As much as it sucks having to drive 30+ minutes extremely out of my way to go to Draper, I would much rather get the drink I expect when I’m dropping nearly...

First off love Dutch Bros! Normally have a amazing experience today was a little off! I was so excited about them getting the app set up for a lot of reasons, but I love how it sends me little reminders of things that are going on this week it sent me one saying that if I stopped in before 9 by Friday I could get a free medium drink but when I asked the gal about it she said she didn't know anything about it, and didn't even offer to go find out anything about it. I got the message on the app why wouldn't you want to try to find out, not just for me but for the fact that it could get brought up again. The other thing I will say is that my golden eagle I get from the Taylorsville location is hit and miss there are days its spot on delicious and then there are days that its just meh! Today was one of those days! By far probably one of the worst tasting meh's of them all! I gave them time to get started up and chalked it up to a new location and they are still learning, but with being open as long as they have now that they would have it figured out but they don't. When I go to west Jordan my drink almost tastes almost the exact same every time! Not some times! every time! I like that this location is closer to home but honestly I prefer West Jordan over Taylorville over my over all experience. Lastly the girl at the window was sweet and was trying to keep up conversation and was doing a great effort but topics you pick should maybe not be reminders of what we can't do in the world right now. I miss the movies and going out to them talking about it reminding me how its not there anymore right now is a damper not really how I want to start off my morning....

I have been coming to Dutch bros for over ten years of my life and this business is a staple in my life I always enjoy the experience I get from this company and it is an absolute god sent company with their specialist blend of coffee beans from around the world as their true craft. This location I am leaving a review at today is well over due i don’t like picking favorites but I have to this time this Dutch bros location has amazing wonderful characters and they roll with the drinks hard they have become like family to me and have always greeted me with genuine spirits and wonderful smiles unlike any other I would name names but it’s all other the staff here have the best attitudes on the work here. I pick this location more often than others because they are what they are and that is the best folks I have found at a Dutch bros ever. I’m trying not to fluff them up but I can’t help it all of the staff here among this business have been above and beyond and I always stop at this location. They brighten my day so much to them I often come in their drive thru singing at the top of my lungs at them and they just soak it up and give that energy right back. This is long review but words can’t fully say how amazing the staff of this location is. Keep it up yall and they all deserve a raise if Dutch bros can do it. I love you people.
