Terrible customer service. I’ve ordered quite a bit from Australia. One dress was faulty. I emailed them immediately and they agreed to replace the dress. Then they changed their mind. They claimed the damaged dress in my photo was blue but I ‘claimed’ the damaged dress was black. I explained the lighting in the photo may be to blame however they can see I’ve never ordered a blue dress. Then communication stopped. When I queried again they wanted more photos. I had disposed of the dress after they agreed to replace it. Now they simply backflipped and refuse to compensate me. I would never order from this company again.
