The employees and selection of goods on the grocery and checkout side are as good as you’ll find, but the Starbucks staff and manager don’t come close to the same benchmark. The tabletops available frequently have a manager using it with binders, reports and paperwork spread out like an office. Today there was someone yelling back and forth to someone behind the coffee counter while on her phone. How is someone supposed to enjoy a $5+ coffee drink with this going on? And when I went to get a napkin from one of the dispensers, they were out, as is the norm. When I asked the server behind the counter for one, she said “just grab a paper towel by the sink” used to wash your hands after returning recycled containers. When I asked her if the napkin holders shouldn’t have napkins, her response was “Yeah, but I’d have to refill them.” Unbelievable. You can do...

This store is well stocked and reasonably clean. The main issue I have is with the customer service. I have placed multiple huge curbside orders and I’ve had problems with EVER SINGLE ORDER. I get it... it happens. But when I’ve called on a couple of occasions to try to fix the problems I always seem to end up speaking to “Andrew”. This kid is clueless. His first answer to every single inquiry is “NO” we can’t/won’t/don’t do that. He made ABSOLUTELY no attempt to assist me with my issue. If this is the best you can do for customer service people, than you’re in big trouble. It would probably be more helpful speaking to a machine. Sadly, in these COVID days our options are somewhat limited but if this is how it’s going to be here, I’ll happily drive to Jackson or Saline and shop at Kroger or...

This review is strictly concerning the OUTRAGEOUS prices lately I've seen at ur store . Today I saw Watermelon slices and they were Not large for over $4.50! A Slice. Jerry's market has same size slices for $1.99. I saw other products not just produce that are truly not fair or even reasonably priced!. What happened to the sales? Hard to find now at this store. Also of concern is Soy milk on shelf that expires this month this happens frequently too . I've been a loyal customer for years but after what I saw today I just will have to rethink where I shop! Even if I was a millionaire I would never pay over $4.00 for Slice of watermelon and BTW some were over $5.00 a slice! Please can u think about people who are struggling just to pay rent and daycare these days? Surely u have resources to...
