Oh man, here we go. Literally one of the worst Taco Bell’s I’ve ever been to. There’s so many problems, I don’t know where to start. First off, the food. Mediocre is an understatement. Actually, calling it mediocre is being generous. 9 times out of 10 there’s always something wrong with your food or order, especially if you go through the drive thru during later hours. Your order doesn’t even have to be complex or difficult and they’ll still manage to screw it up. One of my favorite things from Taco Bell is the fiesta potatoes and they always screw it up. Bruh, it’s literally just a handful of potatoes with sour cream and cheese. Yet, there’s ALWAYS an issue. Every time I order them, the potatoes are old, dry, and hard as a rock. The past two times I’ve ordered them, I’ve just thrown them away. Literally just a waste of money. They never put enough cheese and sour cream either; it’s almost like they just do a little dab and call it a day. Because of this, I have to ask for extra sour cream and cheese, and they still don’t give you extra. What’s the point of paying for extra if I’m not even able to receive what I ask for? So unprofessional. This is just the food, let’s talk about the service now. My gosh, some of the worst service you can possibly receive. If you order through the inside, good luck. You’ll be waiting a minimum of ten minutes even for something as small as 2 items. It doesn’t make sense, considering the drive thru will keep getting their orders done. You’ll just be sitting there, twiddling your thumbs and waiting for someone to acknowledge your order. Then, inevitably, there will be an issue with the food. The bathrooms are disgusting and unsanitary. When you walk in, it’s almost as if you’ve walked into a sewer because the smell is so revolting. There’s no way those bathrooms are getting cleaned daily. Then there’s the staff. Rude, unprofessional, un-empathic, and they genuinely just don’t care. You can tell by their demeanors and facial expressions that they don’t even wanna be there. Even if you politely tell them your order was wrong, they’ll give you an attitude and then gossip about you. Then to add insult to injury, they’re flat out lazy. Even when I just casually drive by I’ll see them all outside talking and smoking/vaping. Even when there’s people ordering. Now, the management. Fun fact: I actually used to work here years back for about 5-6 months. When I tell you it was a dumpster fire, I’m not kidding. Courtney, the regional manager, is the epitome of unprofessional and problematic. She’ll come in and just talk to the other managers for hours and not even do anything. Oh, and if she disliked you for whatever reason, whether it be warranted or not, you might as well just find a new job. I had an urgent family issue that came up, so I had to call off work. I literally told my manager at the time what happened and apologized for the inconvenience. What does Courtney do? Throws a fit and takes me off the next weeks schedule completely. A whole week without working and getting paid. Taco Bell pays you bi weekly as well so that paycheck was about $170 for two whole weeks. Thank god I didn’t have any children or super urgent bills coming up because then I would’ve been screwed. You can’t just play with someone’s life like that. She did this to me TWICE. An employee that worked there at the time had her ex boyfriend come through the drive thru and harass her; calling her vulgar and misogynistic names. She literally broke down in tears so someone had to temporarily watch the drive thru for her. The next day, the guy’s friend that I knew came into the lobby to order and I told him that he needs to tell his friend that he can’t just come through the drive thru and verbally harass our employees. That’s all I said, I was even calm and respectful about it. What does Courtney do? If you guessed taking me off the schedule again; ding ding ding you got it! Only this time, it was permanently. No one mentioned to me I had been fired btw, I had to text my manager and ask why I’m still not on...
Read moreplaced a mobile order and went to pick it up around 1-2pm. a couple cars in front of me and a couple of cars behind me. the service i received from the intercom really made my whole day. instead of spewing some over used phrase about tacobell i was greeted with a soft welcoming “hi welcome to tacobell how are you today?” my man understood the assignment of his job. im waiting maybe 5-6 minutes behind a car who seemed to have gotten a decent sized meal for the family. i was greeted with a smile, offered a coupon for the wait, and overall received the best service from a tacobell EVER. theres been tacobells i completely refuse to go to, not this one! Tim was the man behind everything, from the intercom, to the window with a smile, he knew what to do. i recently moved to the area and by golly i might have to refrain from coming in daily thanks to Tim and his amazing energy. this man deserves a raise, bonus, extra time off, whatever give him something! 10/10 on the crew choice at...
Read moreThe staff that work friday nights, specifically 12/3/21 around 5 pm, are actual clowns. I drive through to order, sounds like the person on the intercom is talking to everyone but me, my order ends up being wrong so i drive back through (mind you it’s 5 pm on a friday so it’s busy) waited about 30 minutes because the lobby is closed and i tell them my order was wrong so they tell me to drive to the window. She asks what was wrong, i told her, she asked again, i told her, she gave me a bag. I get home and the order is still wrong. 🤦🏼♀️ How am i paying money and not getting what i want???? This isn’t the only bad experience i’ve had but this one pushed me over the edge. NEVER GO HERE. Drive another 20 minutes and go to one where they’ll actually get your...
