EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE AND FRIENDLY FACES
I looked at all the negative reviews and not only are the majority of them from years ago, the most recent ones gave this place only one chance. 1 mistake and then a 1 star. That's not fair at all. You have no idea what could have been going on that day.
And if you've never worked in food service, do us all a favor and DON'T REVIEW AT ALL!
Anyway let me tell you my experience and yes I've worked in the food service for years in my younger days.
The most important thing to me about any place is the interaction of person to person. And I mainly mean when I pull up to the window and pay and receive my food. I give the drive thru speaker some grace because they're often not near a screen or doing other things to make sure every customer gets taken care of fast and efficiently.
So let me just say I have never been greeted without a smile or a kind word. So anytime they've made a mistake, and in my case there's been so few I can't remember them specifically, all my cares and worries were put to rest by a very friendly and caring staff.
And I honestly can't say that for the rest of the food establishments in this town. I would say most of them are hit and miss with the kind caring demeanors and depends on what time of day you go.
I've been to this location at all hours of the day and again was always greeted with a smile and exceptional service.
I would like to give a shout out to the morning crew and say that you guys are on top of it! A line of ten cars can be gone in just a few minutes. That deserves applause :)
Take it from me. You may remember the food mistakes for a while but you'll remember a nasty person for a lifetime.
And for those of you that want PERFECT food that never changes or expect staff to never be short handed, COOK IT YOURSELF!
This place does their best and that's more than good enough for me.

Read moreI almost don’t know where to start, this place is so bad it’s funny, unfortunately the joke is on you the customer. I like Tim Hortons but this one gives them a bad (in this case deserved) reputation. I’ve been there about 25 times since they opened and 2 of my orders have been correct in that time. That’s not a good average.
Of some note, at least to me, is them substituting egg whites when they run out of regular egg, without telling customers. When I complained the manager didn’t see it as an issue, she actually couldn’t comprehend that it would be a problem. Maybe she was just pretending she really didn’t care. Would they give regular egg to a customer who orders egg whites? Only time will tell.
The cashiers come up with prices that don’t match their very prominent menu boards. When I ask why a price would be different I get very blank stares and the words “I don’t know”. I always negotiate them down. On the plus side, whenever I give coinage to make even change I always end up with extra money so I guess...
Read moreI had the absolute worst experience ever at this place today. The disrespectful behavior of the morning staff was Astounding!!! They were out of regular bagels and I was having a hard time understanding the server through the speaker as she was naming what was available, so I said cancel the order I'll come in. As I drove past the window, the girl opened it and screamed something at me. I backed up to the window and asked why the hell she was screaming at me, since they wouldn't talk to me I went in and asked for the Manager, to my shock she was the one who screamed at me. She sent another teenager out to talk to me, and this girl had the Bigest Attitude Ever, and told me the whole thing was my fault. In fact this girls attitude was so nasty she ended up royally pissing me off, to the point I walked out screaming at them to grow the f up, and learn how to spell...
