Coming from someone who has an extensive collection of cards when I was younger, and now getting back into the hobby, this place is an absolute throwback to when buying cards and ripping packs was such a special event! At the Honeyhole in Temecula, it is all about the cards, and when it was time for me to finally buy my first big boy single… Matt was there to help me every step of the way. Both he and Max are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I knew these guys were in this business for the right reasons after the first time I visited the shop and brought some of my best baseball, football, and Pokémon cards from my PC for them to look at and offer advice on grading or not grading the cards. Matt’s honest feedback was not what I wanted to hear as I wanted to grade some of these cards, but he was absolutely right. I did end up sending a couple of first edition Pokémon cards in as they have a grading service there as well, but he definitely earned my trust and I’ve been going back there ever since. Love coming into the shop and I look forward to the days when I know I will be in there. This review is entirely for the fact that my spouse went in recently to buy me a surprise box to rip. If I was reviewing her knowledge on what boxes to buy...probably fewer stars; However, to that end, when she was telling me about her experience going in to shop, I got the sense that the person working there that day didn't make her feel like a fool. To alone is worthy of a high review. My experience going in solo has always met my expectations, so I wasn't totally surprised she was treated well....

I recently visited this store and had an exceptional experience. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, making my search for specific cards a breeze. The store had a diverse selection, including rare finds and new releases. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the prices were fair. It’s a must-visit for any sports card enthusiast – a true gem in the community! Max was truly helpful and kind to my son while doing...
