Vail Ranch Park — Attraction in Temecula

They remodeled the playground to resemble old town Temecula It has a cool zip line that goes around the playground. Every kid, even the older ones were laughing and having the best time. The only problem is the line for the zip swing thing is very long no matter which day we have been there. Goes to show they need too modernize more parks with things kids actually have fun on. I wish Murrieta would do like Temecula and update their parks. UPDATE 9/10/2018 - I'm not sure if somebody got hurt or what the reason is, but they have taken the swing to the zip line down. Great Park! The kids loved it! It's a really good park. Lots of interesting play structures for the kids. A big kid playground and a little kid playground for those toddler siblings too. Lots of grass and room to run or toss a ball. The only downfall to this park is the lack of a proper restroom facility. For a park this nice I'd have thought the city to invest in a proper restroom facility, there's plenty of room. A portable blue box is available for those emergencies, but if you're like me it would take an emergency to use one. I've never found one pleasant in any way. But the park and playground are excellent. However I do hope they fix the zipline swing. That is a really cool feature that is currently out...

The zipline-esque swing is the star of this park. I've never seen anything like it! I went on it with my kiddo because he was too scared to go by himself, and it was actually really fun 😅 There's a smaller park for toddlers on one side and a bigger park for older kids. Very interesting climbing and bridge structures I've never seen in other playgrounds. Oh and there's a beautiful walking path in the park too! Only downside to this park: is there isn't much shade at the playground, and pretty much all the seating is out in the sun, so if you want to sit in the shade while your kid plays, you'll need to bring a folding chair...
