Edit: turns out it was the sink and pop up drain not being comparable. Brad had a plumber fix it so we will give this a shot.

I really tried to like the work with all the issues that we had along the way… I guess because I was one of his first jobs, things did not go as planned and although in the long run, things looked OK there were a lot of issues along the way. I've lived in my home for five years and never had an issue with any type of sewer smell coming from my bathroom sinks, but six months after this job is finished, I now have sewer smell coming from both of my bathroom sinks. I had Brad come and look at it and he said it was my responsibility to call a plumber, but if it had anything to do with his work, that he would fix it. I had a plumber come out look at it and he said it was over from the overflow part of the sink and that I would be responsible to continually have to wash them out. I relayed the information to Brad as well as giving him the Plumber's phone number and Brad's response to me was that he is done with the job. I had a slab leak 2 1/2 weeks before Christmas. I'm a single woman and I've had water claims before with other contractors and have had bad experiences with them trying to take advantage of me. My insurance adjuster recommended Brad and I'm so glad that I used his company!
