First time there at that time, but only met three employees who were nice. Two women at customer service who gave me my member card, and one man who was walking the floor, and I'm sorry, I can't recall his name. It was different. He was kind enough to show me the ropes of using the card and how to use the machines. Not a gambler, but I thought I'd try it. Very beautiful place. Very clean. Very nice smelling. Just, hardly anyone with a happy face. Need more welcoming faces. Tried to eat at this Italian place there, but there was no one up front to take an order. Not even sure the place was open for business that early in the morning. It was about 9:45. But the door was opened so I walked in. There was 1 man sitting in a corner at a table who looked like a worker, but just stared at me.since no one came to help, I walked out looking for help, but I heard the door lock behind me. Probably that man. Instead of offering help. They need more employees out...

What a nice hotel. Spacious and grand when you get beyond the casino. I've visited this casino on numerous occasions in the past and never went past the large casino floor. Most recently I booked a comp room and was pleasantly surprised. The room was nicely appointed, the check in was simple, only required a $100 refundable deposit, the front desk handled a billing error efficiently and I felt safe walking within the entire property due to the presence of on foot security. Definitely recommend and give 5+ stars in all categories. Check it out for yourself. Oh and I've also won 4 hand payouts recently, so there's that...

Now for things that weren't so nice

The coffee cafe in the food court was very $$ and the bearclaw was stale to the point that I threw it in the trash...a cup of coffee and pastry was 10$ 😒

My breakfast at the cafe, ham and cheese,,,was very $$....20$ and the hashbrowns were the worst I've ever eaten....very thin and hard like a rock..... thank goodness for the journey's end I had the next day.....

Anyway overall it was a fun two day stay and we will be back....I will pack my own snacks and drink the coffee...
