Every single time I’ve bought anything from this store, it shrinks beyond recognition. I love the clothes at this place, but for how expensive everything is, I’m appalled that I literally can’t even wear anything after a single wash. I follow the directions on the tag, hand wash, hang to dry, and they still shrink so badly that they become goodwill merchandise because I can’t wear them. I bought a size up to try to combat any shrinkage and now I have a pair of pants that are much too short (after washing) and now too baggy in the waist. Pants that were floor length when I bought them and now they’re shin length after one wash.

I will never buy anything from here ever again after wasting over $200 on what was originally very cute clothes that are now on their way to goodwill. What a shame. Let this be your warning that anything you buy from here is basically a...

I had the pleasure of discovering this gem of a store. Grabbing some coffee with a friend, we walked around the marketplace for conversation. Creations window display just drew you in. The style is a crossover of Bohemian, country girl, comfortable chic. You walk in and just want everything. For the hungry shoppers or bargain shoppers, there’s a rack for everyone. We joyfully interacted with one of the staff, Miss Kaedy. Merely browsing she was so kind and personable in treatment. You know the stores you stay away from because the employees attack you on sight or stalk you like you’re dinner…Creations is NOT one of those unfortunate places. Creations is homey and peaceful. Miss Kaedy was there for questions, distanced for the comfort of the customer, but not so far away if needed. Thank you for wonderful service.

Love this place!!! I used to go to the one on mill Ave and then they moved to Tempe marketplace. I went in yesterday. Haven’t been in a while. I feel bad I never got anyones name, but the lady who helped me when I was looking at things was just so thoughtful and attentive. I was alone and she was there like she was my friend telling me if it looked great or didn’t work. Then the woman who seemed like a manager checked me out and she had amazing positive energy.
