Showed up an hour before close and the employee was mopping up the floor and asked me to wait. I then stood around like a fool while he proceeded to finish mopping the entire store. He then puts the mop down, walks past me out the door, and proceeds to start vaping and using his phone. I then asked the obvious question — hello?? Are you going to help me out?

I was then informed that he would actually be waiting until the entire floor was dry and was not able to walk on the wet floor. I was appalled and just had to leave. It was so disrespectful to not only keep me waiting while he mopped but not even inform me that he had no intention of helping me for at least 10 minutes. If you don’t want my business that’s fine, but don’t keep me waiting while you get ready to close an hour early. I drive out of my way to this specific shop to support them as a previous customer.
