I’m officially obsessed with Twisted Rolls Chimney Cake! I tried their Nutella crepe with Kinder topping, Lotus ice cream, and the Dubai chocolate strawberry cup—and let me tell you, it was pure heaven. The crepe was perfectly soft and warm, with just the right amount of gooey Nutella and crispy bits of Kinder for that perfect bite. The Lotus ice cream was rich and creamy with that signature cookie butter flavor that melts in your mouth. But the star? The Dubai chocolate strawberry cup. Juicy strawberries dipped in rich, velvety chocolate that tasted like luxury in every bite.

Everyone who works here is incredible! The girl who helped my sister and I was so kind and personable. She even gave us some chocolate to sample. The customer service alone deserves over 5 stars. The second I walked in, everyone was so kind. And their desserts are out of this world!! Not overly sweet, just perfect. Same with their Lotus Chimney cake, I really appreciate how it wasn’t super sweet. I got their chocolate Dubai strawberry cup and the flavor was better than I could’ve imagined. I see why this place has so many 5 star reviews. I wish I can give more than 5 stars. I left with my tummy fully and my heart happy. The girl that works there made my day with her kindness. I really love this place and always enjoy the ice cream here, but unfortunately today my experience was disappointing. When I walked in, I was the only customer, yet the staff member seemed preoccupied with her phone. I had to wait for her to finish a phone call before she took my order, and even after that, she returned to her phone instead of preparing my order right away. At one point, she went to grab a box of gloves, put it down, and went back to her phone again. I received my ocean flavor, but it felt like my order was not given proper attention or priority, which was really upsetting. I hope the staff can be more attentive to customers...
