If I could give this place No stars I would. I had the worst eyebrow experience of my life. Not only do the beauticians lack pleasant customer service, but it seems they have a knack for ruining eyebrows. I went in with thick beautiful eyebrows and came out with lines. I am a model, so imagine how detrimental it is for me to have had my eyebrows messed with. I did not instruct her to go rogue on my eyebrows.. Matter of fact it is customary for them to ask you beforehand what you want done. She didn't ask me anything. And I partially take blame for not specifying what I wanted done and for assuming that she would just keep the shape of my brows seeing that there were just a few hairs here and there that needed cleaning. I am honestly traumatized and devastated and I will forever remember the moment when I sat up and saw more skin than hair on my forehead. It will be a rough two months. All I am saying is, if you like your eyebrows... don't go here. PS- This is not my first bad experience with them but this was by far the worst and most review...

I came in for a Pedicure... Lady who did my Pedicure was nice. However they had a different guy do the polish and filing of my toenails... He didn't file them and cut my Left Big Toe Nail shorter that the right toe nail... Later that night the nail polish started to come off... He never put on a base or top coat... Came in the next day to get it fixed... Their excuse for the mistake was that they were in a rush that day bcuz I was the last customer and they made me wait for what they call paying customers ahead of me.. . I was a paying customer and came in the next dat so they can fix their mistake, but apparently by than they already had my money and no longer considered a paying customer since o wasn't going to pay them any extra money to fix their mistakes that they knew they did... Female Manager so rude, only nice person there is the very thin and tall lady who did my Pedicure before they transferred me to have an inexperienced Nail Technician do the file and Polish which was...

I honestly don't know where all the bad reviews come from. Maybe only the dissatisfied customers take the time to comment, cause hunty I've been coming here for about 2 years now, and they always slay my nails. I can admit, that they are always really busy, but what do you expect when everyone in the city prefers this nail salon. I've been to Regal nails, Ameri nails, Tina's Nails, etc, and they cant compete with Nails and Nails. The only time I go anywhere else is when Nails and Nails are extremely packed and I have no other choice. Ms. Kim is a sweetheart. She has never been rude or disrespectful in any way (unless you come in with an attitude) Kayley-Boo is the sweetest person in the world. She always tries to start up a convo, and make sure you are happy with the services before you leave. I've had David do my acrylics before and wooow!!! He is a perfectionist. I recently learned that some reviews are just misleading, angry customers because they deserve at least 4...
