I have been coming to that location for years and years because I live across the street. I had a ok service not a good service in the past at the same location but I overlooked it because the majority of the time I do have a good dinner and good service, but last two times was absolutely terrible I arrived at that location around 2 PM. That’s my favorite time because they are not that busy so I sit down.they have maximum 10 customers at that time, so I sit down and wait for 10 minutes then finally,? I think she was the bartender took my order which I ordered chicken wings and a Caesar salad. And I asked her if I can get the salad first so took about 25 minutes and I have to ask her twice for the salads I noticed she was helping in the kitchen. I don’t know why ???? the place was not that busy at all? Finally after 26 minutes mine salads arrived to my table and another 40 minutes for my wings and they are not busy. At all The kitchen is not busy. Then in nice way I asked my server if I do not get the food in five minutes I am leaving so I noticed she went to the kitchen. Then I looked it the kitchen it was wings on the shelf and she ask the cook to reheat the wings in a deep fry which made my wing taste, terrible, soggy, and a lot of oil. . I decide this the last time I’m coming to that location cause completely bad, management, so I paid my ticket. On my way out. I noticed a lady standing behind the counter, in the in carry out I’ve noticed that same lady was having lunch at the same time. I was waiting for from my food then I asked the lady are you the manager at this place? She didn’t even look up. She Respond Yes,I’m I said that I had to wait for a little bit more than one hour to get eight wings I will never never come back this location respond 0 nothing I don’t know how to have a corporation personal like hard to manage a good location like that location. Now I have to drive so many miles to go a different location so that’s why I’m giving one star for the service and one for the food because my food usually is good. Read moreI don't often take the time to do reviews, nevertheless with the quality that this establishment embodies it would be a shame not to acknowledge them and the incredible staff they have. For an introduction, in regards to this business as in the brick and mortar, the building itself is well designed with an enjoyable outdoor patio featuring HD tellivision for one's enjoyment. On top of being a well televised facility on both the inside and out, this establishment is very much well kept and clean. The next following dynamic can make or break a restaurant and that is the cooks. For starters, they care! The cooks named Wee and Lee put the time and effort to make sure the dishes they construct are executed properly. Not only do they use quality food here but the cooks put the finishing touches on everything on the menu. Disappointment is not an option no matter what you choice because of such amazing staff working that kitchen. Now as for the foundation of what encompasses the production of commerce, the waiting staff, I can't complement them enough. I must do my due diligence to give the proper respect to this tentative, caring, respectful, and very hard working group this amazing establishment possesses. Torri, Caitlin, Avery, and so many more whose names I can't remember gave such amazing service no matter the time of day or abundance of customers. The cooks make the back end of the business but the waiting staff makes the front end of it, and they are an exceptional team. I even sat down and talked to the Manager Joey who made sure to put forth a tentative effort to engage customers such as myself. Reviews are normally not something I invest in, but with the quality of this establishment and the ones working it, it would be a shame not to acknowledge the quality they embody. Only received the Fries first time from delivery person (bag felt light but she said that was all they gave her). Then filed Missing Items from Uber Eats after speaking with a Manager Richard at Hooters, who assured me he would oversee the next order I placed to help ensure that it would be correct. Placed a New Order for the same (20) All Drums Hot Wings and (12) Blue Cheese, wouldn't you know it, they again forgot 1/2 the order (10) Wings and Kennedy rang the order up incorrect as (10) Wings on their Receipt stapled to the bag. But I did pay and order from Uber Eats (20) Wings, so it was most definitely Hooters that made the mistakes. Called Hooters and the lady that answered the phone said they were busy and she was Rude to me, finally put me through some other Manager who indicated Richard was not there now and that I would need to again contact Uber Eats (he didn't listen that i had their incorrect receipt so was not an uber problem), then to make matters even worse he abruptly hung up on me afterwards. Terrible they couldn't get a Simple Order Correct Two Times in a row and Horrible business etiquette that they did not want to make anything right on any level, such as perhaps offering to send me a small gift card for the (10) Missing Wings or a even a Dinner on them. They do NOT even deserve the (1) STAR that I gave them and not sure how this place stays in business.
