Papa Johns Pizza — Local services in Temple Terrace

Location of store:14917 Bruce B Downs, Tampa Fl 33613 On Nov 9th around the 615pm time frame, a driver with a Papa Johns roof sign pulled out behind me on Livingston Bld. The driver then put his headlights on bright and followed so close that I could no longer see his headlamps. As I proceeded to turn left onto Irene St., so does the driver. A residential street and he decides to get move aggressive and drives closer to me and honking his horn. As I turn right onto N 30th Street, so does he and continues the same same driving motion. I then turn left onto a private drive that takes you behind Cracker Barrel and Chick-fil-A and guess who else does, the driver. However this is opportunity! He then speeds up, swerves into my truck forcing me to jerk right and causing me to slam on my breaks just before hitting the curb. He then speeds off like Mario Andretti. I then called his store and spoke to the night manager Billy or it was Greg, they both said they were managers. I described the car, a red Toyota or like car that had faded to pink and they both agreed a male drove a faded red car was in my area. However, the only feedback was, "we don't encourage driving like that and we will talk to him. We don't know how our drivers fo without callers like you ma'am". I'm sorry, you'll what? He was aggressively driving and put me and my children in harms way and you'll talk to him?! I felt insulted and felt as if my safety on the road meant nothing as long as his pizza...

You deserve less than 1 star!!! This is two weeks in a row that our order was messed up. We ordered a Works pizza with garlic parm crust last week on 5/20/22 and when it arrived, we checked it as the driver ran out and no garlic parm crust the the pizza didn't look done. Ran it out to the driver and he said he would be back in 5 minutes. 30 minutes goes by and our order was cancelled but then someone else came and dropped off the pizza that was over cooked and still no garlic parm crust. We decided to give it another try and just placed another order. We ordered an epic pep stuffed crust works pizza and a papadilia buffalo chicken that was supposed to come with Ranch, and 2 extra garlic sauces. Order arrives and as the delivery driver leaves, we check it again and they forgot the ranch, no sauce in the pizza box or pepperoncini, and the pizza had barely any toppings on it and again was undercooked. Ran out to stop the driver if the ranch had possibly fallen in the bag and he just said no and hurried to get in his car and leave. They also didn't follow the directions of light sauce. So basically everything was messed up and I paid for two additional sauces for a total of 4 (3 garlic and 1 ranch) and only got 2 so I was overcharged plus $5 tips both times for horrible delivery experience, pizza, and service. I was ordering my food online and I don’t know what the little boys name was but he was absolutely rude to me when I was placing my order. I had asked him “Hey what’s on the super hawaiian pizza… ham, pineapple and what else?” And he replies with “yea” and I asked “I know there’s pineapple and ham but what else is on there” and he goes “You just said it… Canadian bacon, pineapple and ham” and I told him “i didnt know there was bacon and I just wanted to clarify …” and he goes “Alright brah, you just answered your own question” and I told him “There’s no reason to give attitude.” How unprofessional do you have to be to call a customer “Brah”….
