No Kindness! Lacks Empathy! Uneducated! What you won’t find at this Ten Sleep RV Park is any sense of caring whatsoever! The owner Shawn is an uneducated, bipolar narcissistic coward! If you are looking for nice people to give your money to this is not the place. Our brakes blew out completely coming down the mountain. After staying here for three nights waiting on parts. At 7:00 am he knocked on the door and said to move the RV onto the Highway and have the Mecanics change the brakes there. With no concerns that changing large brakes on the highway could endanger the lives of Ray and Riyou. (The mobile mechanic) Or us in trying to move a Motorhome without Brakes onto the highway. This coward jumps out of his golf cart and starts to threaten me. Instead of just having us move to one of his 20 open sites to allow the Mecanics a safe place to works he says get out! It’s not my problem. He also attacked the camper owner in front of me calling him an idiot for using a surge protector. Later his wife told me they do not ground the power boxes which cause faults in the power circuits.
It’s sad that people like this exist, but they do! I hope that this helps you in finding a better option to stay...
Read moreWe stayed at Ten Sleep for a few days before going to SD and I wish we would have stayed longer. There is so much to see here! The stalls were big and very clean. The lady at the barn, I do not remember her name, was very kind and helpful. Shawn allowed us to keep all of our stuff in his barn so we did not have to bring it back and forth every day. The camp sites were very easy to get in to and it’s a very clean camp all the way around. I love how it was off the beaten path, it made us feel at home. We met some great people while staying here but the best part was when we asked Shawn if we could ride with him. He is not a tour guide and he will tell you that, but he allowed us to tag along with him one morning and he showed us some beautiful places to ride to. He also had several trailers that you could use to pull your horses to the trailheads which was very convenient. We will definitely be coming back here because I feel like there was a lot we did...
Read moreWe pulled into this RV park late in the day as the owners were just closing up. They were kind enough to tell us to go ahead and park the RV and then come back to the office to settle up. Very nice people, they gave us their home phone number in case we needed anything.||||The park is very old and the sites have the utilities on the wrong side. The water and electric are on the right instead of the left, and the sewer hookup is in the middle, encased in concrete and unable to be used with a standard sized connector. Since we had just dumped our tanks that morning, we were not concerned.||||My biggest complaint about this RV park is the price they charge for the product they deliver. No cable but good wi-fi, probably because the park was nowhere close to being full, and water pressure of 85 psi that can burst some RV plumbing, while charging the highest rate thus far on this three month trip...
