Big Horn Bar — Restaurant in Ten Sleep

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

My 70-year-old father was camping alone with his dog in Wyoming for 10 days and on his way home stopped here to relax before his 2-day drive home. He ordered a Long Island Iced Tea. The server gave him attitude about the order because "she didn't know how to make it". He had the one drink and went to his vehicle where he checks on his dog, arranges his things, and hoists himself into the 4x4 Suburban, which is difficult for him to do. My father is 6'4", has a replacement hip, and walks a bit differently than most people, so it takes a minute.

Here is where it gets wild.

The server at the Big Horn Bar, Amber, calls the local sheriff department and reports a man stumbling around drunk and walking funny! After serving him one small drink!

The sheriff deputy catches up to my father miles down the highway, pulls him out of the Suburban, and proceeds to arrest him for DUI because he walks funny and stands with a "wide stance." Of course no breathalyzer was "available." The deputy took him to jail, took his dog, refused to give him is medicine for a day, impounded his suburban and trailer with motorcycles, knowing a judge was out of town and would not even be able to set a bail for 2 DAYS!!!

Blood test came back.... No DUI, BAC .03, Case Dismissed

2 DAYS IN A WYOMING JAIL for stopping in at THE BIG HORN BAR.

$700 in legal fees, fines, court costs,...

In there 8/18/21...service SUCKED. Both bartenders/ workers/hacks never had more than 6 people ( besides us two, two more) there at one time. Stood around and flapped their traps while ignoring basic service, period. We were there twice before, the prior two days, bartenders/server gals were awesome. #OWNERS - PAY ATTENTION. THOSE TWO GALS ARE SCARING OFF BUSINESS, PERIOD. Great dive bar, only bar in town, these two ladies working the p.m. shift SUCKED. I'm giving it a zero, as the bar, and patrons all condone Animal Torture, Cody Robert's ran down a 1 yr male wolf with his snowmobile, then ran it over, taped it's muzzle, put a shock collar on it, tortured it, and paraded it around the bar for multiple hrs, while still traumatizing it, in front of several patrons, for several hrs..Then took it out back tortured it some more then shot and killed it. Drunks with guns.. the carcass was brought back and they took pics of it..... All should be charged that stood there and...
