We were passing through the small town of Ten Sleeps (249 population) in a family caravan of three vans and stopped for lunch. We were so glad we did! The place was immaculate. We had a large group of 8 adults and 5 small children who were loud and boisterous from traveling. Not a problem for them. The service was outstanding. The food was amazing. We are from the Midwest and were so surprised they served tenderloins which were the best we’ve ever had. The cod fish and chips was excellent as well. The chef, Briane, came out and visited with us. Read moreStopped by after driving Highway 16 from Buffalo. The saloon and restaurant was reopened under new management on April 4th. The whole interior looks refreshed. The bartender (Kendra) and wait staff were attentive and prompt to serve. Bar is fully stocked with premium brands. Although we did not order food we saw meals being served. The salads were fresh greens and vegetables and the entrees looked generous and well done. Would have given it a 5 if we had eaten. We would definitely return and order a meal. We had no idea about the food but this was the first town we had come to on 16 after driving through the Big Horn National Forest and we were hungry. We were greeting outside by a group of people eating ice cream and sitting in front of the restaurant. We sat at the bar at ordered burgers and beer. The food was great,served quickly and hot. You really get the small town feeling here. We left full and satisfied and ready to continue our journey. We will stop again if we are ever traveling through...
