They told us that their beef was pork products come from local animals, and are processed right there on site aside from the slaughtering which is of course done at a usda inspected facility. Loved it.Went with a friend and I didn't get anything,but the people were very nice and helpful.My friend got ribeye steaks and they looked awesome and was definitely worth the price.Told my husband and now we are going to go there...love having a meat market with great prices...
