Im a huge coffee lover & I am a frequent visitor to Portland. What makes this place so special are the people & atmosphere. Stephanie & her staff will go above & beyond to help you make a choice or to come up with a new concoction to try! Which I love this about the place. The options are endless for flavors & drinks. The coffee cubes are a personal favorite & an extra added bonus to any iced coffee you may get. I've tried many flavors & drinks & have never been disappointed. I especially like all the sugar free options. Most places have one or two, but at Portland they have several! The coffee is always fresh & perfect for my morning commute to work or just to grab one on a Saturday and go back home. The baked goods are so fresh & tasty too! I've been increasely picky about coffee - espresso specifically. I can't tell you how elated I was to know a small business with real espresso opened up just 15 minutes away from me. Any time I'm in town before 11 a.m., I stop and grab a latte. The coffee is amazing. The temp, brew time, and pressure are all perfection and bring out the perfect flavor of the high-quality beans. The flavor syrups are high quality, so they don't have the horrible aftertaste.

As if that wasn't enough, the fresh bakery items are delicious and presented beautifully. Although they aren't made in-house at Portland Coffee, they are sourced from other local small businesses, and I'm a sucker for small business supporters.

It is so heartwarming to see our little town have a thriving coffee shop! You’ll experience all of the small town feels as soon as you walk in with history on the walls and being welcomed with a smile and even by name as soon as you walk in!!
