Subway — Restaurant in Terra Alta

I love subway, and no matter how hard I try I can’t love this one. One of the worst subways I’ve been to. How hard is it to make a sandwich that is one of the most popular ones they have?!?! They mess up every order I put in. Today, I did a mobile order, in the comments I asked if they could heat my meat and cheese but not to toast the sandwich. Tell my when I bit into my sandwich it was still half frozen! I now am waiting for my frozen sandwich to thaw so I can at least try to eat it. I’m sick and tired of how horrible this subway is. This place has had rough days but its improved so much just this past year. I enjoy going down every so often and getting a sandwich with my husband.
