We are new in town so we went thru the drive thru to order. We sat there for a few then pulled around. We said not sure if we ordered back there or not and the guy rudly said yes you do. He took my husband's order for a philly sandwich. We paid cash. They handed the sandwich and I had to remind my husband to ask them for the drink that came with the meal. It was the young girl and she seemed nice. When we got home we had a chicken sandwich with bacon not a philly!! When I started looking in the bag I had no receipt. When I called to ask for a manager it was the same rude boy who answered. He said there was no manager or crew leader till the morning. First thing he said when I told him what was going on was Do you have your receipt. I said no because you did not give me one. He then said sorry there is nothing I can do you will have to talk to a manager. Thank you. I said I want to leave my name and number. He took it and said goodbye as I was asking what the manager's name was. They will see us both in person in...
Read moreArrived at drive-thru at 7:40 pm, an uninterested male voice said to order when ready. I started to order a foot long meatball marinara combo when the male voice interrupts and tells us they have already put up the meatballs. I ask what time they close in a nice voice but get no reply 3 times. Since I do not want any other food and I cannot escape the drive-thru lane, I pull up to the drive up window after the vehicle in front of me is finished. I ask what time do they close since it would make sense to start putting up ingredients if they were finishing soon but I found out they are open until 9 pm (good to know for the future if I ever come to this location again). A female with white silvery hair said they were now out of meatballs and the male had heard her wrong. The male refused to make eye contact which makes me think they really had put up the meatballs early. One star for sketchy...

They always make my sandwich first since I'm standing right there. But on Friday, this was not the case! I walked in, and there was no one waiting at the counter. There were 3 workers at the front of the restaurant. I walked to the counter, and the only girl actually making sandwiches starts making 2 foot-long sandwiches, which I assume was for the drive-through. I thought, "Fine, whatever. Someone else will help me." Nope! The other 2 were so "busy" with other things, they couldn't be bothered to help a customer! I walked out, and I won't be back! Customers...
