Park was reasonably clean , considering dirt fest wasn't too long ago. The ramps going down to the floating docks have sand on them and are very steep. It is just a flat incline with side bars . If you were to slip u would fall and slide right down into the water so be careful. I think steps would have been more appropriate but maybe they wouldn't work idk. My daughter loves the playground, which is well-maintained. I can't give 5 stars because of security.
