Fairbanks Park — Attraction in Terre Haute

Park was reasonably clean , considering dirt fest wasn't too long ago. The ramps going down to the floating docks have sand on them and are very steep. It is just a flat incline with side bars . If you were to slip u would fall and slide right down into the water so be careful. I think steps would have been more appropriate but maybe they wouldn't work idk. My daily runs start at the park. I love going by the river and watching the trains go over the bridge. The Bark Park usually has a dog or two at it. My daughter loves the playground, which is well-maintained. I can't give 5 stars because of security. Parts of the park are very secluded, with trees on one side, buildings on another, and hill on yet another. And sometimes there are "unsavory" characters nearby. I wish the police would...
