Wild Rose Bridal Terre Haute — Local services in Terre Haute

Nope! Went into Wild Rose Bridal next to Big Lots to try on one dress I want from a designers website. After smiling and saying hello first i was then greeted with an inconvenienced "Hi." Being that I can pay cash and am confident enough to shopping alone without an entourage I was then ignored in this store. The one store attendant was occupied with interjecting to the bride leaving the store as to storing her dress at a friend's house like she did hers, her own wedding dress and plan, and where to buy bridesmaids dresses online like she did for her own upcoming wedding. I bet that's good for Wild Rose business. Keep in mind that the wedding entourage did not ask her opinion. The entourage leaves. Just her and I in the store from here until i left. She did not ask if I needed help. The phone rings. She informs the caller that an appointment is $20. Once off the phone I request to try on the one dress. I was informed that an appointment is $50. There were two different prices. No sign posted or on website about fee. I'm not into scams. What was the $50 for since there was no one-to-one with walk-ins coming in at any time? I did not want an appt. I know my measurements and size. I just wanted to try on the one dress and take it home. The front window states appt only Mon -Thurs. If walk-ins are welcome the other days then why the negative behavior from the worker when walk-ins are to be expected? Also, if appts can be made on weekends then how can one worker do both personalized appts and walk-ins? At this point it's so unprofessional that it's comical. My daughter got her dress through them it was a very bad experience they finally got her dress to her with two weeks before her wedding and told her that it wasn’t their problem the lady in Terre Haute was very rude several times that my daughter was calling and checking on her dress the only person that gave us any hope was the manager and when I contacted the manager she finally got her dressed in three days and not to mention she still needed alteration done I do not recommend them for a bride to be as stressed as what my daughter was it is very sad to have to watch your own daughter on one of the happy occasions just cry numerous of times because they never could give her a real answer of when she would...

The atmosphere was nice but the worker wasn’t very helpful in helping us find bridesmaid dresses. She didn’t talk to us or even bother helping us. Halfway through she came up to us and told us we couldn’t pull dresses down anymore because her manager doesn’t like it and told us if we need dresses that she would get them down for us and she did not HELP.
