Veterans Memorial Museum Of Terre Haute — Attraction in Terre Haute

Took my Aunt here this afternoon, as she wanted to donate my late uncle's uniforms. While there, I took a walk around looking at the exhibits. WOW, what a wonderful place. The exhibits are categorized from WWI, through current military memorabilia. American, German, Japanese, Korean, and Vietnamese weapons, uniforms, photos, etc. Being a retired veteran myself, it stirred up a lot of memories. This place is a must see for everyone of all ages. My youngest grandson and I toured the museum while he was home for a few days after graduating advanced infantry training. He was fascinated with the museums displays. I have a jacket on display that I had made during my year in Vietnam, which he thought was cool. This museums displays are amazing considering its size. Extraordinary experience. I have lived in TH my whole life and had never been in the museum until yesterday.
