AWFUL. Was never given any type of receipt and was given wrong pasta. After the associate saying "she didn't know what to do," I asked to speak with Manager. She was terrible and said that in order to get my new pasta, I had to return the one they gave me. What kind of policy is this? I have to wait an additional hour due to THEIR mistake and I can't just have the one they messed up to make the customer happy?? She eventually said "she guesses she can explain to the General Manager why the other pasta wasn't returned." You guess?? I was inconvenienced the first time by getting no receipt and the wrong pasta. Then they continued to inconvience me by having me wait even longer and make me return what they gave me. They actually accused me of ordering the wrong one via phone which was their first mistake. Never question the customer. I am mind blown at this store's customer service and I work within the customer service industry as well. Hopefully Gary McCormick (GM) will handle future situations appropriately by getting more customer service oriented people into this business. Seriously, my grumpy 90 year old grandfather would make a better manager....
Read moreI ordered a pizza for like the 5th time and asked for it i squares each time I called about it they said I just needed to call in and confirm that I wanted it in squares and when I did, it STILL wasn't in squares. Mind you they have "special request" box online when you order.When I called to complain I was TOLD I would get a credit in the amount I paid for m pizza which was $16. I called in today to redeem the credit and was told by the general manager of the store who's name is Gary, basically that my complaint was invalid because they don't "guarantee" squares. I feel like if I order my pizza in squares and I'm paying for it it better be in squares. Read moreI don't like leaving bad reviews for anyone, but this is the second time in a year I have gotten less than satisfactory response from management staff at this location. The first time when I didn't receive something as trivial as a cheese cup, I was told I was wrong and that I would have to drive to the store to get it at charge (again). The second time, the driver had accidentally smashed my pizza too the top of the box. Whei called to get the replacement, there was no offer of anything for my already hour wait.
