Custom Print DFW — Local services in Terrell

UNPROFESSIONAL. I know our order wasn’t large but I was almost 50 t shirts, some hoodies, some beanies and some embroidered button downs. We paid for a product on January 18th and were told to expect mockups the following Monday. That deadline came and went, we inquired again on January 26th and were told to expect the mockups that day. January 30 we verify that we didn’t miss an email, no response. January 31 we touch base again and ask if we need to reschedule a photo shoot for Feb 8 and were told no, they would make the deadline. We got one item’s mockup on January 31. We changed a logo for the beanie on January 31 and got that mockup back February 5. Feb 5 we asked about the remaining mockups and asked when to expect the order to be mailed and remaining mockups. We were told to expect them to be shipped that Thursday (February 8). Since, we have asked about the remaining mockups and haven’t gotten a response. We have another photo shoot scheduled for this Thursday Feb 15, we were told the order would be shipped today Feb 12 but we haven’t seen anything except for one logo in a beanie and communication has been nonexistent. At this point I’m ready to just get a refund as no services have been rendered and if I were the photographer I would be ready to fire me as a client for continued rescheduling.

Update- Feb 13th, finally get last mockup and cancel the order after another deadline they set came and went without being fulfilled. I was told to expect a refund in 3-4 days. It’s Feb 26th and I have no record of a refund being processed or money in the account. No answer when I called to inquire. Was told via text to expect a call I’m 5 minutes...

I am so pleased with the services this company rendered! We needed a large amount of programs printed for our church within a very short window. I was not able to physically come in the store to do a test print but Jessica along with other staff members assured me they could get the job done the very same day. Came in person . Left deposit for 1000 business cards . They’re promised in 2 days . 3 weeks and it’s wasn’t done . Asked to return my deposit , then waited another 4 weeks until told them that I will live bad review . They did send only part of the deposit and after I said I will sue them they did send rest .
