Terrell Farmers Market — Local services in Terrell

Love this place, I live about a mile away, so it's within walking distance for me. I pop over during my stupid mental health walks and grab stuff. Usually, the gala apples and honey. But I also sometimes have gotten grapes, lemons, and limes.

Citrus is all of great size and quality. They make it easy to experiment on dishes with citrus added since they're such good size. I don't feel like I have to ration it.

The honey is awesome, very good quality, and I use it on everything from honey chicken to my morning oatmeal.

Service is great, I say good morning to the same dude every time I'm there, and they're always friendly and helpful.

Highly recommend heading over and grabbing yourself something fresh.

P.S. Notes: They do prefer cash, but they do take card. Almost everything will have a bag, or they'll give you a simple white bag to carry it in, but I recommend bringing your own, I reuse Brookshire...

We were so excited to spot this farmers market. Anticipation was rewarded. Beautiful vegetables and fruit all over the place. We picked up a bundle of onions that we could swear were just pulled out of the ground that same morning. The deals were good. They even had honey, which we love, but just can't justify making that large purchase. Honey is high everywhere, but if you are looking, they have it.
