When I walked in, I asked for a NENA 14-50 outlet and the representative said that he didn't know what I was talking about. I told him that it was like a plug for an electric dryer and then the representative understood. When I asked for the wire, maybe a 12/3 or larger the representative told me that he couldn't recommend any wire because I could burn down my house and sue the company because they're a million-dollar business. I didn't ask for a recommendation but if I did, I certainly hope that you would not recommend something that would burn down my house. The representative was very disrespectful from the time I went in there and treated me like I didn't belong in the store and that I was in there to steal or defraud the company. I later spoke with a manager who apologized for the way that his employee treated me and said that they would try to do better. I did not buy from Elliott because of the disrespectfulness and went to a big box store. I found the same item for 50%less than what Elliott was going to charge me. I was a repeat customer to Elliott because I try to support local businesses.
