I have watched this pawnshop grow on all aspects, they have the inventory, the shop looks great and they don't turn people around. When you go in your going to end up looking around and putting something on layway. The staff will remind you about layway and your options to purchase they have every item marked and priced and that's a big key to saling. Your treated as you were the first customer walking through that door even if it is closing time. I put alot of trust in this place with my things and don't have to worry about losing them. They go that extra mile to help you. They greet you on a first name basis and sometimes a person doest want to go and pawn things because of difficulties, but they make you feel as if they are there to help you and not judgemental, you walk into pawn and end up putting stuff on layaway..I can truly say they got you, and if you can say things like this about a establishment it says alot for the staff and...

The clerk at this store somehow created 2 Sezzle loans for an item I split payment with and the manager will not resolve the issue. So I have paid $850 for a $500 item due to an error in the EZ pawn system and even though they are receiving my over payments they will not correct the issue. I filed a dispute with Sezzle and EZ pawn shut it down. Completely crooked and shady business.

Im not sure what other information they are asking for in their reply and corporate hangs up on you so all around as a business and corporation this...

I bought a DVD player in a hurry not realizing that it did not come with a remote nor cables to plug ur into the TV so I did not get to watch a movie that evening cuz I refused to leave the house again! Very unsatisfied how they do business because I did not need a store credit I needed a DVD that could actually work which I got one then returned the useless one just to find out my money is still lost cuz they only issue store...
